Schwarzbier has never made an appearance as a recipe for Big Brew in the past, and the AHA is proud to highlight this exciting style to homebrewers around the world! Black Dog Lager Classic Schwarzbier. A slight malty sweetness is complimented with a light roasted chocolate finish Dry yeast is optional, but original recipe calls for Wyeast or White Labs.
